After the cherry blossoms are gone, the tourist season in Kamakura has a short break. The 20th chief priest, Tenshu-ni, was forced to enter this nunnery at the age of seven by the Shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu, mortal enemy of her grandfather, Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
